The Festival of Spirituality & Peace takes place in August alongside the Edinburgh Festival.

A diverse programme of music, dance, performance and debate is provided, most of which take place in the beautiful setting of St John's Church on the corner of Lothian Road and Princes Street. The theme of the festival is of religious and cultural tolerance and humanitarian compassion, causing it to be one of Edinburgh's most thought-provoking festivals.
