Keith D & Miss Edinburgh

Miss Edinburgh

I am Edinburgh born and bred and realise I am very lucky to live in this fabulous city. I've travelled extensively around the world, but have yet to find another place I could consider calling home. I appreciate my 30 something years on the planet, most of which I have lived here.

I love discovering new places to eat and drink in town and also enjoy all the events & exhibitions that happen within the city. I love showing my overseas friends around town and being a tourist myself, visiting places old and new, ensuring I can cover all kinds of fascinating and beautiful places.

When not running Edinburgh Spotlight, I work in the travel industry, meaning I'm well placed to understand what visitors to the city are looking for and find useful.
Keith D

Like Miss Edinburgh, I'm a native of this city and love living here.

I love the arts, culture and music scene and most of my articles and reviews are about those, meaning I get a bit over-excited when the Edinburgh Festival is on (I ran Edinburgh Festival Insider, a review and photo blog during 2009).

I also love wandering around Edinburgh and nearby with my camera, search for new and unique sights and viewpoints to emphasise what a wonderful place this city is.

In addition to being one half of Edinburgh Spotlight, I'm also a freelance photographer and web designer & developer.
