Edinburgh Spotlight loves living in ‘Festival City’ and already has all these dates in its 2017 calendar.

 

International Science Festival  1 – 16 April 2017
The International Science Festival features a host of fun and educational events, lectures and attractions celebrating all things scientific.

TradFest Edinburgh 26 April – 6 May 2017
Edinburgh’s traditional arts festival, featuring music, dance, storytelling and more.

Beltane Fire Festival 30 April 2017
Beltane is an ancient Celtic festival and Edinburgh plays host to some colourful and exciting celebrations to mark the date.

Imaginate Festival 27 May – 4 Jun 2017
The Imaginate Festival is Edinburgh’s children’s festival and has loads of plays, activities and fun things to do for youngsters of all ages.

Leith Festival 10 – 18 June 2017
Celebrate all things Leith at this festival, featuring music, dance, art and other exciting events.

The Edinburgh Festival of Cycling  8 – 18 June 2017 
The first Edinburgh Festival of Cycling took place in 2013. Organised by locals, this Festival will return for the fifth time in 2017 and will be a real showcase for all aspects of bicycle culture and the host city.

Edinburgh International Film Festival 21 June  – 2 July 2017
