It’s no secret that we love Edinburgh and being a tourist in our own city. We regularly review and post photos of everything that the city has to offer.

To celebrate reaching 100,000 ‘likes’ on Facebook, we are giving one of our readers the chance to be a tourist in Edinburgh with a luxury stay in the G & V Hotel on the Royal Mile.

The five-star Hotel Missoni Edinburgh was recently crowned G&V Royal Mile Hotel. The new name, G&V Hotel, is an abbreviation of George & Victoria and gives a proud nod to the area’s royal heritage and the hotel’s enviable location in the heart of Edinburgh on the corner of George IV Bridge, Victoria Street and The Royal Mile.

The team at the hotel loves the promotion that we do of our beautiful city and offered the prize of a night’s stay in their hotel for our readers.

Prize

The prize includes:

• An overnight stay for two in one of the hotels stunning suites
• The choice of afternoon tea or dinner for two
• A spa treatment for two

Also included in the prize is two tickets to nearby Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and two tickets to Edinburgh Castle.

How to enter

A winner will be selected at random and notified shortly after the closing time. The winner’s name will be published here. Every person who enters the competition will be sent an auto reply to confirm entry. Your name will not be added to any mailing lists.
