Tell us a little bit about your show – where’s it happening, what’s it about, why should people come to see it?
I’ll be on at The Caves, Cowgate at 2.40pm – it’s the story of personal events of 2010 intertwined with a box of memories a created as a child (get better box) I rediscovered when moving house last year. Also whether we have any control of happiness or is life just a series of good and bad luck. Told by a self confessed idiot.
What are you most looking forward to about coming back to Edinburgh?
Tennents Lager, Irn-bru – great for hangovers, and Samosa’s sold in newsagents.
What’s been your favourite / funniest Edinburgh Fringe experience so far?
Last year whilst flyering on the Royal Mile, a drunk Matt Forde convinced several people i was famous. One guy said “I saw you on Michael McIntyre” and got his brother over for a photo! I’ve never been on it.
If money was no object, what publicity stunt would you do to promote your show?
I’d pay someone to sell out one of my shows with trained monkeys get them to laugh and applaud through out with one reviewer in.
Who else are you planning or hoping to see?
As many shows I can blag my way into and Alun Cochrane.
What do you have planned for after the Fringe?
Not sure, think I’m back at 5 a-side on the Wednesday
Sum up your show in three words for us:
Funny heart-warming idiot
