Another pop-up dining experience comes to Edinburgh

Pips Dish is another pop-up dining experience new to Edinburgh with its inaugural dinner taking place on 19th November 2010.  A six course dinner with selected wines will cost £45 per person.

The dinner was started by Philip Dundas who originally comes from Edinburgh, but started Pips Dish in London with a very successful first dinner with a wonderful menu.

Catering for around 20-25 people at a time, Philip cooks the meals at a variety of venues, with Edinburgh’s first one held in a central location.  It’s all very hush hush until you book and then you are supplied with the directions on where to attend.

Similar to Charlie and Evelyn’s Table which we love, it looks like this will be a great success as well.  We can’t wait to experience Pips Dish for ourselves.

Coming to Edinburgh

Be quick with booking as there are limited spaces left for 19th November.  Grab some friends and spend a Friday doing something just a little different.

You can follow Pips Dish on twitter, ‘like’ their facebook page and read more about Philip’s background here.
