The food pavilion in West Princes Street Gardens has undergone a very pink overhaul and transformed into Scott’s in the Park. Situated in the shadow of the Scott Monument, you can buy all kinds of sandwiches, paninis, drinks and ice-cream to take-away or sit at the equally pink tables and chairs. Princes Street Gardens is an excellent place to spend a lunch hour if working in the city centre, or any time if the sun is out and you’re not working!
I haven’t personally tried the food here, so can’t comment on quality, but prices seemed reasonable and sometimes you just need to have an ice-cream.
