Richer Sounds on Chambers Street has been my choice to buy television and other audio equipment over the years. I have always found the staff helpful with the ability to explain technical terms to a lay person like me. All my family have bought their televisions from here due to their excellent customer skills and service – with the prices being competitive.
You can also opt for a 5 year guarantee on any television bought and if buying additional items such as DVD recorders / blue ray – there is a little room to negotiate with the sales staff to reduce the price.
I wouldn’t buy audio visual goods in Edinburgh anywhere else.
