Cocktails and cakes
The Caledonian Hotel is the venue for a charity Cocktail Afternoon Tea to raise money for It’s Good 2 Give Sunday 27th June 2010. The charity is run by an amazing Edinburgh lady, Lynne McNicoll who has previously been our Spotlight feature for her fantastic fundraising efforts to date.
The event takes place between 2pm and 4pm and you can enjoy a very special afternoon tea with one or two cocktails (or Bottlegreen juice if you are under 18 ). The price for this fabulous event is £20 thanks to a cocktail sponsor with every penny of profit going towards the charity.
In addition to watching the cocktail barman shake your cocktail (choices are a Moscow Mule or Cosmopolitan or Martini) there will be models showing off the latest spring fashion from Sam Thomas and Xile. The models are very special people – they are mums of young people with or who have had cancer and young people themselves who have fought or are fighting cancer.
Numbers are very limited for this exclusive afternoon so if you would like to attend please contact Lynne as soon as possible. There is also a facebook event page.
