EVENT – Fairtrade brunch at National Library of Scotland, 25 Feb

To mark Fairtrade Fortnight, the Edinburgh Fairtrade City Group (supported by Scotmid) are holding a brunch at the National Library of Scotland on Thursday 25th Feb from 10.00am-11.30am.

Craft stalls, coffee, food – you’ll be able to browse a whole range of Fairtrade products from the One World Shop and Hadeel from the city’s west end, as well as goods from Palestinian craftworkers.

During the brunch, winners of the Lord Provost’s Fair Trade Awards will be announced, acknowledging the contribution Edinburgh’s individuals and businesses make to Fair Trade across the city.

Edinburgh has been an official Fair Trade City since 2004 and this brunch will be a good chance to pick up some unique gifts, relax in the surroundings of the National Library and indulge in some ethical shopping.
