The 2010 Edinburgh Military Tattoo is sure to be a spectacular show, as it celebrates its’ Diamond Jubilee year.  To get a good ticket, you need to be on the ball and buy your ticket as soon as they go on sale.  They are available to buy online from 1st December 2009 from 10am (GMT) and are limited to 8 per household.

2009 Tattoo Performers

Performances run from 6th – 28th August Monday to Friday at 9pm, with two shows on a Saturday at 7.30pm and 10.30pm.  There is an excellent fireworks display at the end of the later Saturday performance with the Castle as the backdrop, so well worth the few extra pounds.  There are no performances on a Sunday.

Telephone bookings commence on 9th December and counter bookings (in person) begin 16th December, but we can’t stress enough that you should get them ASAP and not wait.  All the best tickets get snapped up online and tour groups bulk buy.  Every year is a sell out and you don’t want to have to pay inflated prices on ebay.
