Hmm you’ve got me stumped! Looks like it might be somewhere around Old College, but the P or is it an R …?

Argh! this is driving me nuts! I know I’ve seen those lights recently, I just can’t remember where! (If it’s not an P or an R, it could be an F, maybe that will help somebody else)
It’s the banner hanging from the lamp-post that is stumping me. Can’t think of anywhere I’ve seen banners lately!

The banner is a permanent one, not a temporary one advertising an exhibition.
