Edinburgh’s Christmas (also see Edinburgh Sparkles) opens today and Edinburgh Spotlight can’t wait to visit everything that is on offer. We will be bringing you reviews from children’s and adults perspectives.

We are particularly looking forward to the lights being turned on, the Edinburgh Sparkles fountains, the snow globe, the santa express, the reindeers in the gardens. One half of Edinburgh Spotlight is taking part in the santa run with 8 members of her family ranging from ages 4 up to 70 ! Should be fun.
We will be reviewing all the shopping there is on offer, from the German Market to the Ethical Christmas Fair aswell as the usual Winter Wonderland in Princes Street Gardens.
