REVIEW – Tourist Shops

When you’re Edinburgh and want to take a piece home with you, there are lots of tourist shops selling all kinds of gifts.

My advice would be to shop around as prices vary widely accross the city and if you buy in the tourist shop within the Castle for example, prices will be higher.

A good tourist shop (not the one pictured) is actually the bookshop nestled between Marks and Spencers and BHS on Princes Street. It has nice magnets for 99p, flags, cheap postcards (same Colin Baxter ones that you will see elsewhere for more), t shirts, hats – a good selection !
