Lewis is a local celebrity who likes a wee drink now and then 
He’s extremely friendly and does not beg for money – he’s just in it for the ‘banter’. He doesn’t orginally come from Edinburgh, but lives here now since he’s smarter than your average ‘street drinker’ and since Edinburgh is the capital city……..
His behaviour is totally random, he was wandering round with a measuring tape today for some reason.
He can also be found doing his own thing during the Edinburgh Festival.
He may like a wee drink, but he will always be wearing his hat, tie and kilt.
And for a special treat today, he gave me a lovely flash of his leg.
All I can say is thank goodness I didn’t get to find out whether he’s a true Scotsman or not !!

Nah he’s a chancing jakey bawbag I used to work at a pub that he often frequents (or tries to) during the festival. He likes to steal people’s bags and jackets.
